I. Qualification requirement in the Solicitation Announcement: "The applicant is a legal person or organization that responds to solicitation and participates in solicitation competition. Solicitation of consortium is allowed. If the applicant is a design unit outside of China (including foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions), it should go through the corresponding market access procedures in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China." is changed to "The applicant is a legal person or organization that responds to the solicitation and participates in the solicitation competition. Application of consortium is allowed." ”
